I'm not quite done with the game (just have the main quest left) but here's what I've encountered:

1. Whenever my Xbox crashes during this game, it's ALWAYS when my companions begin to attack an enemy. It doesn't freeze every time they go after something (thank god) but WHEN the console crashes, it's ALWAYS when companions start going after someone.

2. I have the Motor Runner helmet glitch: stays in inventory

3. I had the Motor Runner Aba Daba glitch: exhausted his dialogue options before getting Aba Daba, then he wouldn't say anything further

4. I did Three Card Bounty with Recon help, now I can't continue with I Don't Hurt Anymore because Betsy just says "we've got a job to do". If it makes any difference, Nephi never even got to the snipers' area because Veronica killed him, then I went directly to the Recon to try to talk to them and they just had their battle dialogue.

5. I'm accepted with the Legion but Alexus is hostile in Techatticup Mine. He's the only hostile Legion member in the mine. If I wear Legion armor, he's not hostile but only says "goodbye".

6. I have the Boomer glitch: I completed Volare then tried Young Hearts, but Jack has apparently disappeared into Black Mountain when outside, or into thin air when inside the hangar.

7. I have the arm glitch: my character's arms constantly shift up and down, sometimes in the middle of the screen and sometimes completely above it. Mostly annoying because I can't get to my Pip Boy until they decide to come down. This has been happening regularly the entire time I've been playing.

8. Old Lady Gibson stops giving me caps after seemingly random amounts. Usually I can sell about 3600 caps worth of stuff to her and I just don't get the rest.
