So I've done everything up to "They Went That-a-Way" as far as main quests go.

I did the "Restoring Hope" quest, killed a bunch of Legionnaires and as a result, got "Villified" reputation status with them. However in-game they remain neutral and will not attack me until I start shooting them.

I haven't been wearing any faction armor up to this point and I have no companions with me.

I have tried using console commands such as "setreputation" but nothing seem to work.. what gives?
