REQ - convenience mod to add a merchant

I would like a mod to add an NPC who would only buy the really expensive items - Daedric weapons and armor or special items acquired doing quests or just stumbling around. I think of him/her as a connoisseur and collector of only the finest Daedric weapons, armors and oddities discovered on Vvardenfell. He might consider glass weapons and armor and ebony but anything else just doesn't meet his standards and those of his clientele.

I think I would like him located in Sadrith Mora near Manicky the Redoran smith. He would not start with any inventory but would buy and sell once he had something in inventory, but only what I've outlined.

In my mind, this is purely a convenience mod to provide a more accessible place to sell the very pricey loot I discover. I'd just like to set something up (a collector specializing in ultra-expensive exotic items) that I can believe might exist. I'm aware of the other two special NPC merchants but think it would be nice to have an alternative based on a mundane concept. IIRC, the basis for such an NPC already exists in the MW lore when dialog refers to one or two of the councillors as collectors. It crosses my mind to ask - do they rely soley upon individuals to approach them or do they deal with brokers specializing in such things?

I also know that I can easily increase the gold that various merchants have, but that doesn't appeal to me because that does feel like breaking the game. Those merchants don't really need to keep large sums on hand for the usual run of items they would usually trade.

So, is this type of mod request doable? If there is one already out there, could you point me to it? Remember, I'm looking for an NPC who starts out with nothing in his inventory other than lots of gold and will buy only Daedric, ebony or glass weapons and armor and will buy unique items equivalent to those obtained during quests. I don't know if that could be done or how hard it would be. I think Sadrith Mora would be an OK place for him to do business, so he/she'd probably have to be affiliated with House Telvanni. The convenience factor is that the NPC have enough gold (100-200K) so that I don't have to return to sell something over the course of several days.

TIA.
