Yep, what Mortimer says. Texture packs mostly cover one place at a time. So you'll have to dl vivec texture replacer in one pack, another one for Hlaalu, different mods for different regions etc. Classical retexture pack with high res versions of original Morrowind textures doesn't exist.

Well there is the http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=2915 guys. It doesn't do everything, but it's close.

I use it as a base then add specific replacers on top.

There is also Richer Textures, though the original download is hard to find.

I hear people have good results with the Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds and Graphics. Myself, I use http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8380 as a base, then add in texture replacers over that. Even if there isn't one that covers everything, it's not hard to cobble one together with the amount of replacers out there.
