FO3 has a perk that restores AP for a successful kill while in VATS. However, since the bullet time mod came out, some who find VATS immersion breaking, such as myself, or who generally prefer bullet time have little use for the said perk. im wondering if its possible, or if there exsts, a mod that gives a perk to restore AP for kills made during bullet time
