Just recently started a new Skyrim playhrough and i'm having a blast. (mostly because of modders!)
There is just one really amazing mod that need's to be redone for Skyrim: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/39255
Trade and Commerce. It's an awesome mod that let's you run your own shop, where the items you find exploring are displayed and sold. In the Oblivion mod you could upgrade your shop in various ways to make it more likely that your wares were sold. You could hire a shopkeeper, a guard, a mercantile trainer and just really customize the place alot!

I'm just putting this out there if someone needs a new project
I could do the interior/exterior myself, but have no skills scripting/questing and no time to learn it, so i really hope someone feels like doing this.

Ideas? Input?
