A request to Bethesda

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 7:12 am

If you could possibly get one to me and pass it along through a pm it would be much appreciated. But a quest would definitely be awesome, but I'd be fine with an NPC. And it seems more likely, you know?

But why a corpse? Isn't that starting off on the wrong foot?

It's the meaning the corpse symbolizes. You know how in wedding vows they say 'til death to us part? Well her and I have talked about the future and we said if we get married that death wouldn't be the end of us. And that we would find a way to be together even in the afterlife because we were meant to be. Believe me I get that it might seem a little creepy, but it really isn't. I promise.

Thank you. I really appreciate this, but unfortunately I don't have a twitter. If you have one do you think that you could link either of them to this thread? Or other people who do have one? If not I will try and create on myself.

I do have one, but I think it would be weird. Since you are the one requesting I suggest you create one and talk to them. It's really quick.

Still. Getting the word out for my cause would increase the chances. So might as well try all of my options available to me.

Omg this is so cute! A video game combined with a corpse is the way to go! Why didn't we realize earlier.

I'm glad you get it. ;) But seriously it's the meaning behind it. Besides, I figured it would be easier to ask for than a small quest devoted to myself.

I love the girl and would do anything for her.

Buy a PC :)?

Seriously, cute idea. Not very practical, but with enough determination and a little cash it could be done. Not on release date, maybe, but fairly soon after.

Or... well, just a crazy thought, but maybe spend that devotion, determination and (possibly) cash on something closer to her heart? Not knowing anything about the girl, for all I know she'd think this the most touching thing ever .

Anyway, good luck and lots of happiness.

Yeah I got a hint at that, hence the winkey face.

And yeah I noticed that. My hopes are high and I really appreciate your help in this.

Moneys a bit tight otherwise I would.

As for the something closer to her heart thing. Believe me she's the type of girl that likes my beyond cheesy lines. I know she would recognize that line straight away with the initials and I am absolutely positive she would melt. But thank you for the well wishes.

[censored] hell man. If you don't got something useful to post, don't post. Let the dude share his love for his girl.

Look I know you might not find this as important as I do, but to me this is very relevant.

Nah it's cool. Love is beautiful. You know. Pic-nics on countryside, rainbows, clouds. Kisses, butterflies flying around. Double rainbows, triple rainbows and all that crap. My love for pancakes and bacon is very important too. But it doesnt changes the fact that it's off topic. Good luck with the lady though.

There have been very similar requests before to be put in the game. And it's about adding something to TES: V. Sure it may deal with something with myself and my personal life, but it's relevant regardless of how you look at it. And I'm going to try my best to get it out there. I've already had Nick Breckon look it it so maybe I have made some progress. I'm just going to cross my fingers...

Maybe you could get up early and mod it in? Like right at the start so that she would see it right away?

Cute idea, though.

seems kinda creepy O_O
You to GF "hey come here I want to show you something"
*Comes here to see you opening up a corpse in a game and see a note*
"Open the note and read what you put*

Idk all that seems sorta creepy I mean might as well have it on a living person instead of basicly saying that some odd thing would happen
I mean saying even in death our love would go on or whatever you put sounds like she is going to die soon O_O

I've been dating this girl for awhile now and it's starting to get serious. Well, I devoted a large part of my life to Morrowind in my youth. Now I'm adjusting to the advlt years and it's time for me to settle down. Well this girl is definitely the type of girl that I could see a future with. And on 11/11/11 I plan on proposing her, but I want to do it in a unique way. If Bethesda could just include a unnamed npc corpse in Skyrim that when you open it's corpse you see a note that says "Even in death I will love you forever. T.S." And while playing the game I am most looking forward to and being able to show her that and then propose to her would definitely be a dream come true. I know that Bethesda does read the forums, but if someone could possibly pass it a long. Anyway to make this happen would mean the World to me. Like I've devoted a lot of my life to the Elder Scrolls series I want to devote my life to this girl. It would mean more than the World to me and I'm sure it would mean something to her.

It's a horrible idea.

Actually, I like this. It is the type of thing that is quirky and would make good trivia one day. Of course you need to tell us how it turns out here on the forums.

It deals with what we've said we will put in our marriage vows. You know the line about 'til death do us part? We've said we want to say something along the lines that even in death our love would find a way for us to be together again. And the line is something she would recognize, because I tend to say extremely cheesy lines, but she melts at them. Plus if she found it creepy considering she is studying to be a mortician than I would have to seriously screw it up...

It's possible, but I wouldn't have even thought of proposing to her if I thought we would break-up. Let alone asking and possibly let my heart be broken in front of the World. ;)

But you know sometimes you just have to take a risk.

It could happen, was dating this one guy for years , I don't know how long you been dating her but I thought I would be with him and we would get married, I asked if he felt the same, he said he would never marry me so I was hurt but thought he would change his mind but wouldn't push it, 7 months later I found out he had been cheating on me for about almost a year.....ya didnt work out
