A request to Bethesda

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 11:58 pm

It could happen, was dating this one guy for years , I don't know how long you been dating her but I thought I would be with him and we would get married, I asked if he felt the same, he said he would never marry me so I was hurt but thought he would change his mind but wouldn't push it, 7 months later I found out he had been cheating on me for about almost a year.....ya didnt work out

I'm not saying it couldn't, but she has more than hinted that she wants to. I just don't want to ask, because she means the World to me. I want to do something that she could remember and tell the kids. And grandchildren...

If you want her to say yes, I'd advise against this whole plan of yours...

It's the meaning the corpse symbolizes. You know how in wedding vows they say 'til death to us part? Well her and I have talked about the future and we said if we get married that death wouldn't be the end of us. And that we would find a way to be together even in the afterlife because we were meant to be. Believe me I get that it might seem a little creepy, but it really isn't. I promise.

No its creepy, but I hope things work out for you. :D

A Fallout 3 fan done something very interesting to propose her boyfriend. She asked some modders here on the forums to create a quest-mod to propose marriage. It all worked perfectly, she installed the mod on the computer and when he went to play he saw it.

Happy ending, they got married :D

I followed the threads, that was awesome. :D

Thank you. I mean even if they don't, I still plan on asking regardless. I always come up with the cheesiest ways, but this is definitely the thing I think she would most remember.

...If Bethesda could just include a unnamed npc corpse in Skyrim that when you open it's corpse you see a note that says "Even in death I will love you forever. T.S."...and being able to show her that and then propose to her would definitely be a dream come true.

At first, I was going to suggest against, as people said, it's creepy. Then I read you talking about your marriage vows and her job as a mortician.

Son, your life -and the people in it- scare the everloving [censored] out of me.

Nah it's cool. Love is beautiful. You know. Pic-nics on countryside, rainbows, clouds. Kisses, butterflies flying around. Double rainbows, triple rainbows and all that crap. My love for pancakes and bacon is very important too. But it doesnt changes the fact that it's off topic. Good luck with the lady though.

Haha I thought you were going like;

Well I might try and sneak in a hidden camera for the people to see. If not, I will at least come immediately back to the forums and tell everyone what happened.

I just hope they don't lock it because if it isn't in the game then it will be possibly a bit off-topic. Just a bit.

It's a quote from Penny Arcade. A TSA agent was asking one of the main characters why he had a male genital organ in his luggage. Not a fake one, a real, human male genital organ. I felt a similar reaction to the proposed...proposal.

I've been dating this girl for awhile now and it's starting to get serious. Well, I devoted a large part of my life to Morrowind in my youth. Now I'm adjusting to the advlt years and it's time for me to settle down. Well this girl is definitely the type of girl that I could see a future with. And on 11/11/11 I plan on proposing her, but I want to do it in a unique way. If Bethesda could just include a unnamed npc corpse in Skyrim that when you open it's corpse you see a note that says "Even in death I will love you forever. T.S." And while playing the game I am most looking forward to and being able to show her that and then propose to her would definitely be a dream come true. I know that Bethesda does read the forums, but if someone could possibly pass it a long. Anyway to make this happen would mean the World to me. Like I've devoted a lot of my life to the Elder Scrolls series I want to devote my life to this girl. It would mean more than the World to me and I'm sure it would mean something to her.

I have to say, awsome idea. You could already mod it in with CS but if you have a console like me. Then yea Bethesda would be doing an awsome thing

Ok Dimsek first off I thought you were sorta rude yet sorta right. I mean his idea is awesome and wouldnt be hard. But it is hard to believe Bethesda will do so. By the way M'aiq the Liar neeeds to come back in Skyrim.
