A request to Bethesda

Eskimo, quick question.

Is your gf a huge TES fan? Did she spend at least 200 hours playing Oblivion or Morrowind or Daggerfall or Arena?

If not, why would you think this is at all appealing to her? If so, I guess I can see it.

Heres a funny thing about chicks, when you do something you think is inportant to them they think its nice but uninteresting.
Now one time i was throwing around ideas about how i wanted a custom paint on one of my guitars and i mentioned having her name put on the back of the neck, and she said it was so sweet and amazing.
Now my girlfriend doesnt know a RR from a les paul, but mabe cause its something i really dig?
I cant say chicks work in strange ways, and no one knows this guys chick better then him

Aw, this would be sweet! My boyfriend and I plan to get engaged next year...it's just too bad he doesn't play video games ;)

Good luck! I kind of hope this really happens.

hahaha this idea is great! you people need to lighten up and stop taking it so seriously. She is a mortician and he said himself that he was cheesy, why not implement a little something like this!

hope it works out for you bro!

The girl plays games and the boy doesn't? Odd. :)

My first thought was: Don't do it, because of the corpse. In general, most people don't like death, and making a girl link a proposal (happy thing) to a corpse (scary thing) would be unwise, it could destroy the moment. It's a similar mistake many guys make when they try to get a girl by helping her out with all her problems and [censored] in her life. After the problems are gone, she may be thankful to you, but her mind has been mapped so that she links your person with all the problems and negative things she had. That generally destroys attraction, and the guy will almost always get a "let's just be friends" reply.

But on the other hand, you said she is a mortician. So she should be pretty okay with death stuff... And you know her best. If you really think it's a good idea, then I hope for you this will be implemented.

I sure hope the developers get to read this, it really isn't something hard to do (especially for them), so good luck and I'm sure they'll hear you out!

Make sure to give us some news after the proposal! Would be nice!

You might want to message this directly to a dev so you can get a response. Try Gstaff

Hope it works, but i guess instead of a body lying on the floor (lol), could be a camp with a tent, inside this tent could have this note and a ring near the note, would be nice I guess, but you know her better. well good luck With That.

I promote this...
Also they might as well add "P.S. To all who said this would never happen, screw you" at the bottom of the letter as a joke to a few of the flamers here .-.

Why dont you just go to a cemetery and dig up a corpse?
You could dig it up before hand and put a note in its rib cage then re-bury it before taking her there.

Ok, ok, sorry, my bad.

Good luck! i also asked several times for them to add my name as an NPC

They'll do it because it's neat. The issue is you'll never find it in time! You'll have to post-phone the proposal for like a week so you can go through all the coffins!

I don't care about being a named npc. I'd prefer it to be unnamed. I don't care if my name is out there and everyone knows me. I just want to propose to this girl. :)

Sure but first you must pay Bethesda 250K + tax + "request fee" + "New game fee" + Hidden fee
Grand total = $450.1K

If I had the money I would, because money doesn't matter when it comes to happiness, but unfortunately... no money...

Maybe they could make it if you name your character a certain name, the dead body will fall from the sky in the beginning of the game, like in morrowind.
Neat idea, I hope they do it.

Not that it exactly has to be my suggestion, but being able to do something a long those lines and make a proposal through a game would be a highlight of my life. :)

Just mod it in and say that you made a special deal with the developers and it involved a lot of money and hard work for them to put it in :goodjob:
