A Request for Assistance with Console Commands

Hey guys, happy to see so many people still involved in the Skyrim community despite my lateness to the party!

So, I've been running across some minor immersion-breaking bugs that Bethesda support would not help me with (because I have the Unofficial patches installed), and I was unable to find the answer to any of these problems through Google, despite looking really hard, and many times re-trying to find a solution. This will probably be an ongoing list as I progress through the game, but for now I have 3 bugs I was hoping someone could help me fix.

To start, I'm playing the fully updated Skyrim game on my PC, through Steam. I have the Hearthfire DLC, as well as the Unoffical Skyrim Patch and Unofficial Hearthfire Patch, both from Nexus.

1. My first bug is that my large, main bed in Breezehome, the house in Whiterun, will not grant me any 'Rested' bonus after sleeping. I do get the message 'You awaken feeling Well Rested' at the top of my screen, but the buff does not show up under my 'Active Effects' tab. However, every other bed/sleeproll/haypile I sleep in DOES grant me some kind of 'Rested' bonus. To get around this, I pay 10 gold a night to stay at the Bannered Mare up the road from Breezehome if I will be crafting or shopping in Whiterun. Does anyone know of a way to reset the bed, use consoles to fix the problem, or anything like that?

2. Next, I didn't buy the Hearthfire DLC until after I bought Breezehome and fully upgraded it. Now, Proventus, the Whiterun Steward, will not offer me the option to replace my Alchemy Lab with a Children's Bedroom. I receive the dialogue option 'Purchase Home Upgrade' when I speak to him, but when I ask, he only responds with "You've already purchased every available improvement. I'm afraid I have nothing else to offer you." I read on the Elder Scrolls Wiki and the UESP that there should be a dialogue option to remodel that room over and over depending on what I'd like it to be, but I don't seem to be offered the option. I was able to remove the Alchemy Lab using console commands, but when I next spoke to Proventus, he only offered the Alchemy Lab option, making me think he doesn't even offer me the Children's Bedroom in my save. I know I have Hearthfire installed, however, because the little orphan girl, Lucia, is now soliciting people for coin on the benches around the Gildergreen tree in the center of town. Has anyone heard of this problem before?

3. This one, sadly, seems to have been preventable, but by this point I hadn't run across any big mistakes, so I had been getting lazy with making frequent save states, and would have lost a couple afternoons of play time to re-do. I began the quest 'The Taste of Death' in Markarth, a quest revolving around a cannibalistic cult of Namira. Upon discovering their meeting place and shrine, and tricking the priest of Arkay into joining me at the feast to be "sacrificed", I saved his life at the last second and killed all of the cannibals , failing Namira's quest, but recieving about 1200 gold from the priest for saving him. I knew ahead of time which people in town were secretly cultists, and was completely fine with killing them. After slaying Lisbet, the owner of 'Arnlief & Sons', the local general store, her assistant Imedhnain takes over as the shopkeeper. However, now, every time I enter the store, Imedhnain gets very upset at me, stating "How can you talk to me after what you've done." After this, he acts as normal, talking about how he hopes he can keep the store running, and still buys and sells as normal. Does anyone know a way to change his feelings toward me, back to normal? Even if he did know it was me who killed his old boss, surely he'd understand that it had to be done, considering she tells me herself that she ate her deceased husband, and had been contemplating eating Imedhnain himself. Any ideas as to how I can reset his feelings toward me? (Also, the way I could have prevented this, I found out later, would have been to leave Lisbet as the last Cannibal still alive, and lead her outside of the cave and to the nearest guard, so that he would kill her instead of me.)

Anyway, those are the bugs that have been bothering me lately, and any help in resolving any of them would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!
