Hi folks.

I'm trying to change (actually more like mend the lack of) muzzle flash on the Grenade Machine Gun of New Vegas, but as it turns out, I'd need a tool to extract some files from one of the .bsa containers. Just to avoid making it easy, I really don't wanna put Java on the computer just for this one occasion, yet the only manager tool I know (recommended by this very site) needs it to function.

So I was wondering, if you could direct me to a different tool which doesn't need additional crap cluttering up my system, or perhaps some modders database?
