I think I had this issue on Skyrim standard edition on PC as well, but I would caution you to wait before you rush out and buy it. On the off-chance that this isn't fixed on all platforms.

Confirmed no lines on PC.

Those lines were fixed by the high resolution packs, which have been integrated into the base game. So it should be fixed on all platforms.
