Is this enough to play Crysis? If not what should in change/upgrade?

I would say it SHOULD be able to on minimum and MAYBE medium settings. If it doesnt (unlikely), the part you would have to upgrade is your graphics card, but since it's a laptop chip, have fun with that.

Im on Medium Graphic setting and it work good but only the Multiplayer Blur effect make me lag

well then I guess all you can do is turn it down to low or maybe lower the resolution
