Yup. Probably a Gold announcements shortly after that. Maybe requirements around the 20th and a Gold announcement the week after? Pete said it won't be a proper Gold announcement because it's "passe", but he'll let folks know on twitter like he did with RAGE.
I'm predicting around an NV GTX 460 to run it max at 1280x768 or something like that, I wouldn't be surprised if a 450 or 440 could too. The ATI equivalent to that is a 5750 - 5770. Of course, 2-4GB of ram and all but the weakest of dual cores, that's almost a guarantee to run it max.
I'm thinking I'll need to do an upgrade whether or not my computer supports it as-is - I've got a capacitor on my motherboard that looks to be swelling but it's time to upgrade from 939 anyway.

A 460 GTX should be able to max it out @ 1680x1050 res. Fallout NV runs ultra high all settings up with @ 50-60 FPS most of the time but drops to 30-40 occasionally (never drops lower than 30FPS) @ 1680x1050.
Ditto. I think they're waiting for the game to go gold to release the requirements. That's what happened with Fallout NV.
If it was announced in exactly 2 weeks that would be the 21st. 21 days before launch. NV requirements came with the Gold announcement 17 days before launch.
Infact why dont they just not release the system specs... in that way we can all find out on release day when we go to the store or check steam. Double exitement at release day
