Yes it can, though occasionally it seems some people are running into problems. Many others though report no issues at all, even when using the 64 bit version. My guess is that the people who are having the problems probably have some sort of hardware conflict that's causing it, not necessarily the OS itself. Like maybe some drivers that aren't fully compatible, that sort of thing.

it should, when you encounter any problems, its either the hardware or the game itself that needs a patch, or you can try to download the latest drivers or bios. The game is already windows 7 ready so OS is not a problem in most cases.
