Hi Res propoganda posters download? : Fallout: New Vegas

Is it possible to download hi-res versions of the super cool propaganda posters in places like the NCR's Mojave Outpost, and perhaps even the billboards?

If you have the PC version, (and its for personal use ~like hanging one in the hall), then I don't see the reason you can't print one out from the resource files. According to J.E.Sawyer (IIRC), the PC game got the highest res version of the textures that they made.

Irfan Skiljan once claimed that Irfanview resamples better than Photoshop. It can do a decent up-sample as long as its not much more than 45%
(and it depends on the re-sampling method you choose.)

Out of curiosity, where would I direct this program to get those files? I'm interested in snagging the Enclave propaganda posters from FO3.

I'm pretty sure ifranview is just an image viewing/editing software, much like Windows Picture Viewer.
