Alright so I've sunk 200+ hours into Fallout 3 and found out the Caravan traders that roam are some of the best merchants/repairsmen in the main game. The problem is 2 of my caravan traders died most likely by Albino Radscorpions. I tried resurrecting them and disable/enable console codes on them, but am still unable to invest in their shops. Is there anyway I'd be able to reset their death count back to 0?

I was also looking through the talk page for Merchant Empire for Fallout wikia. Some guy posted a solution, but I haven't been able to figure out how to use the program he suggested. It's the suggestion at the bottom of page by "XarnVenomClaw". The program he used to edit and reset the death count was Fallout3Edit.
