Reset S.P.E.C.I.A.L

I have a build going but I would like to change a few things without starting over....so can you reset the base stats? What about traits? Please help

If you are on the PC you can do so via the console. If you are on Xbox or PS3 then you are out of luck.

If you are still in Goodsprings you will have an oppurtunity to re-vamp your character before you leave the area.

After that, as you say, Console on the PC, or start over load or load a save from Good Springs and change it before you leave the area.
