Hello Crysis Family,

As many of you may know already Crysis 2 is replete with inexplicable bugs that defy classification, but many wont know that this past weekend one of Crysis 2's finest players, LentValZen had all of his stats reset, which included everything from his reboot status, perks, and leaderboard positions. It's a true tragedy, and has affected him greatly. He has vowed to retire from this game due to this incident, but I intend to persuade him to stay by a show of community support, solidarity, and respect for one of the real elites in the game.

So in short, I propose that we all, especially the Elites reset our stats voluntarily this Friday May 25th. We will call this day "Lent"

We play this game, not to coddle are stats and nuture our egos by maintaining high leaderboard positions but because WE LOVE THIS GAME. We love the small community and the bad apples too. We love coming here on gamesas.com and meeting new friends and stroking our Crysis cawks. Crysis 2 XBOX 360 = LentValzen. And without Lent, Crysis will not be the same for me. I'm sure may of you feel the same way. .

+1 this thread if you intend to particpate in "Lent." Otherwise keep your negativity to yourself and troll elsewhere.

Yesterday I asked Erikle1 to reset my stats in a private match. And it worked flawlessly as expected. Thank you Crysis 2 for being so reliably broken!!!! But its all good, I still managed a few lucky kills on Noobified, and finsihed in the top 3 with MVPs all night. I don't need lvl 3 perks, and I dont need a position on a leaderbaord with several much weaker players above me who have either boosted, cheated, or played inferior talent in an inferior time zone, or region. I know LentValzan doesn't feel as I do, and he had put innumerable hours into Crysis with the goal of being #1. Why should I be above LentValZen? Why should any of you? Man up, reset your stats. Prove your worth. Prove your skills. See you on Wall St.

PS: This bug that reset all of Lent's stats was not as a result of being reset in a private match. It was a regular TIA match. It could happen to any of you. I hope you guys aren't relying on ET3 to stay alive.
