To summarize before you go looking at all the pictures and voting, this is not meant to be about the quality of the picture or who's character looks better. What looks lore or unlore friendly. Seriously any comments belittling someone's taste in mods or what ever can simply be kept to yourself. If you don't like something you see, that's fine. Just keep it to yourself. I'm sure people worked hard on these.

We have all seen pageants for showcasing our characters being badass (like Hagrid's pageants) and last year we even had monthly beauty pageants. What this is, is an attempt to create something different. A theme pageant. It gives us a chance to see into the lives of other people's characters. It allows them to show us the other life their character leads. Not every character spends each and every waking moment in Skyrim being beautiful, or being badass. At some point the lights go dim, the war paint and dirt get washed off (unless you are a nord... we all know they don't bathe haha) The armor gets mended and weapons sharpened. So your fighting for the freedoms of Skyrim, or what ever. This is about showing what your fighting for. Its about the little things.

So before you vote, please keep in mind. This is NOT about which pictures have better graphics or who's character looks more badass. This is about what they are doing. Who's set overall did you like best? Did you relate to one of them? Which one seemed most... human? For lack of a better word.

I'll be keeping this open as long as there seems to be interest. At the end the winner will be announced. Keep in mind I plan to give three points to my favorite but I will not announce that until the end. Also those who entered this contest please indicate who you voted for.

Great poll idea, I enjoyed seeing the different entries very much.

I ended up voting for michaelpk's Finna. I liked the theme of companionship with Kath and the hunter style playthrough. Although it was not an easy decision... I came very close to picking yours; I was familiar with Mjolene in other polls but she was more of an eyecandy, I percieved. (no offense. I love the character) However the revealing of her family was pretty neat, and it showed that there's more to her life than wearing skimpy bear pelts and kicking ass.

And that my friend was the purpose behind this pageant.

AEsir armor on Nexus. Its part of the armor pieces and is the adventure belt. Has a horn, mead, daggers and other items on it.

Phenomenal thinking mate! You have most definitely accomplished a most worthy goal.

Wayfairer Caius gets my vote. I felt like I could relate to him the most, and in every screenshot. Love the holy-warrior vibe!

Mjolene, and Aurora's entries are very close seconds.

Oh that was difficult, but I finally voted for Vatrou's, Dralin Sedin.....the bunny finally got me, the humor of it, like a doggie in a sweater.

Deified Data and his character Wayfarer Caius, got my vote. And Dovabit, such a fun follower mod. Yeah I really like him.

I voted for VATROU's Dralin Sedin, I like how it shows her day from morning to night. Bonus points for the dovahdog, or is it a dovahrabbit? I can't tell, but it's awesome either way.

So many pictures, only one vote. I liked them all, but my vote goes to Caius.

I like the way he's putting his faith in the divines into action. I have great respect for that. He's not just a machine though, as we get to see him take some time to himself while he's out journeying, just to savour the moment. Great character, and I feel like I can relate to him to a certain degree.

Other worthy mentions.

- I think Finna seems really legit. I like how it's just her and her friend against the world.

- I didn't realise Mjolene was a family woman. Learn something new every day. A refreshing new impression of that character.

- Mordecai Oryon and his wife just appears way hardcoe to me. I don't know how to interpret him, but I like it.

- I also like how La?s Morrard just seems like an ordinary guy.

The other ones were really good too, but these were the ones that stuck out to me.

Now I know I never learned how to read or write, but even I know that's not how you spell Boris, Harry..

I'm really glad to see so far the votes are not going to the best looking picture, but by what the picture is about. You guys got the right idea and I like it

And yes, Mjolene's story kinda continued without me writing it. I had to catch up on Kaileena so I played Mjolene for a while. She ended up getting land ownership from the Jarl of Falkreath but told him to shove that imperial thane nonsense up his... you know what. She built the home and married Erik the Slayer, adopted Sofia. There is still a war going on but now she has something worth fighting for. And that's what I showed there in my set. What she finds as a center, what grounds her and what it worth fighting for.

It seems strange that 3 people don't want another pageant. I love them personally. Especially this kind of pageant. It's brilliant.

Is it bad that the last question was the easiest to answer?

After much deliberation, my vote goes to Broder Fisk's Raedhel. The hat does it for me I also liked his "horse" pose. I wish so much that I could just feed my horse an apple or carrot every now and again, or just pat it's neck.
