Resist magic item locations?!

I need to disenchant an item with the resist magic effect only.
I can't fin anything, even at the college.
Any help?

They are all random as far as I remember. Check the smiths and clothiers as often as you can. Just clear dungeons and hope for the best otherwise.

Damn that svcks, I just got my enchanting to 100 and I want to be able to have destruction costs 25% less (x4) and resist magic (overall 85%). Making my character pretty overpowered but...

I'm surprised you made it that far with out finding it. Good luck in your search. Anyone know a static drop for magic resist?
