I carry Marara's Ring and Necromancer's Amulet. I am looking for a mod that adds a third item which gives resist normal weapns 35% so that I can be 100% resistant. Also, I don't want to be a vampire, which gives you 50% resistance.

Unless someone can remember a specific mod that has the exact item you're looking for, your best option would be to just make the mod yourself.
It would only take 2 minutes.
