Security are right to put all the resistance down. The Ark started off theirs, and it's going to stay theirs.

The Resistance are totally in the right. What you're entitled to is based on what you need.

Security. The people with the most money and power should be higher on the priority list. After all, they were here first.

I always have a soft spot in my heart for grimy ragtag militant freedom-fighter rebels going toe-to-toe with an oppressive, brutal, uniformed, and "just following orders" occupying force.

So because you were there first means you get way more room, all the food, and your own army, and the new guys have to do all your work, live 2 feet away from each other, and eat whatever they can find? Sounds like dictatorship to me, Resistance are well within their right to be pissed off.

But you can still share. The Security are sharing, they're just not good at it yet.

Also, watch District 9. Then read Brink's story. Then hope the Resistance don't get lasers.

Unfair distribution of resources, cramped living spaces and grimy streets lined with trash, Random security checks involving doors being kicked down in the night...
Sounds great!

Agreed. The real arguement is that teh founders were here first (Hence the name FOUNDERS duh) and even though it was a fallback in the case of a crisis they didnt expect so much. so now the Resistance keep teh ark afloat but have poor housing water and food (im still wondering wah they do for bathrooms) so they want to "Free" the ark by contacting land and having even water distubution while teh Security wants to keep everything the same way and just let it play out.

The path to revolution is seldom without blood. Even a relatively harmless overthrow (by this I mean Egypt's recent protests) saw some people get beaten, and others died. Not as much as other rebellions and revolutions, to be sure. But in Brink's case, I'll bet that Security forces are as innocent as the Nazi soldiers who "were just following orders".

There is a hidden hand behind the Security forces who knows more than he's telling the Ark's populace about contacting the mainland. The Security forces are being used to protect that hand and hide the truth. The Resistance wants to--and deserves to--know the truth. I'm behind them 110%. The fact that the Security forces are being cooperative with that hand instead of asking "Yeah, why haven't we heard anything about the mainland?" makes them guilty by accessory. I won't feel guilty when I off 'em.

The security are only partly guilty. They may have been tricked (or brainwashed  ) into protecting the hand. (if their is one) Other wise the security are following orders from teh founder'S (plural) because thay have been tricked that the Resistance Wants to kill them and rule the ark. My saying is: Every war could have been soleved with 2 things: 1) a high powered sniper rifle or 2) sitting down and laying out why these two things are going to war and then both would realize "OH crap all you wanted was some sugar?"

Before the war everything flowed, sorta, all were getting rations, nobody died in vain

Then something sparked, and someone tossed a stone

Then the war started, and people died

Who tossed the stone?

I know their is no bad guy their both fighting for what they believe is right. Its not teh resistance fault. and when their is a giant flood and you come onto the ark im going to shove you off teh side right back into your lil boat. haha. but then agian the Resistance are trying to help everybody by getting OFF The ark. what i dont get is why doesnt teh resistance walk up to the Foounders. say: "can you see if their are any people out their because were all cramped and maybe we can begin civilization." and the nteh founders be like "Sure" goes to radio and broad casts message either 1) yes theirs people! they have land and we can all finally live in peace or 2) no their is none out their. but then again tehy could lie for some devious plot...

There has been no radio contact for 10 years, Yes the Ark is overcrowded now but trying to leave would waste even more resources with no hope of success,

1) can you pleaasse tell me where you have read no radio contact? and its a Catch 22. Use what little resources they have and try to find land or sty the way they are and let their resources diminish... i believe this the real story.
