Whenever I open Crysis 2 (Steam version) it goes into windowed mode and 1440x900 resolution. I set it to 1920x1080 fullscreen, then whenever I close the game, the next time I open the game it reverts to 1440x900 windowed.
All my other graphics settings stay the same when I change them so they're fine. How do I fix this?

(extra info: I reinstalled Windows recently, formatting my C Drive but Steam was on D Drive, then when I went to reinstall Steam, I renamed the Steam folder, installed, then replaced the newly installed Steam folder with the old one. Most of my games appear to work fine but might I need to reinstall Crysis 2? I don't really want to do that seeing as it's 10gbs. If it matters, I also switched from a 19" monitor, which runs at 1440x900 to a 23.6" running at 1920x1080)
