My resources bars are always full. And doesn't decrease at all. And it's been a while since any raiders attacked.

I remember changing the time on my ipad.. But is this why i'm experiencing that bug?

Cause i don't want to cheat.

If I recall correctly people were saying that if you meddle with the time settings raiders stop attacking. So unless there is a fix you will need to start from scratch.

Do you think it can be fixed if i play with the time settings again?

It will fix itself when the time catches up. Had the same happen to me when I was traveling.

If you click the resource bars, you will see that you actually have MORE than the storage limit. For example, 1750/1600 or something. I have actually had this happen to me from selling a room when the resource bar was full.
