hye, i think i'm pretty new to the fallout forums but i do play this game for a long time now.

i wondered, do enemies respawn in time like at the super duper market close to megaton? because i wan't my character to just bring in life supplies to megaton and kill raiders to gain some caps of my own, one of the first places i rechecked after completing the waistland survival guide was the super duper but no respawns and there has past a few in game weeks now...

so does it respawn or not ?

Enemies in outdoor locations generally respawn once you are out of that cell for three days straight. Enemies in indoor locations almost never respawn. Bethesda Ruins is a rare exception to this rule.

The Super Duper Mart is one outdoor area where they won't respawn. There's also certain DC areas where not all of the characters will respawn as well, but for the most part all of the outdoor characters/creatures will respawn.
