I think elves in Skyrim look great. Especially the Altmer. Best videogame elves i've seen.

Yes! I couldn't agree more

I can see the resemblance between skyrim and morrowind dunmer and I just think that bosmer look better and fit well with their lore more than they ever have. I have to agree with you on the Altmer though, I know skyrim is meant to be rugged but altmer are not a rugged race, the new, striking, exaggerated facial features don't really fit...

OP, I think you're running out of gas here with the whole "klingon eye ridge" argument, because honestly, they aren't that noticeable. Sorry, but it's not. You can just stop saying that now.
The Altmer don't look like Klingons, you're trying waaaaaaay too hard to get that point across, and is pretty much the crux of your argument. It's a slight upwards rift, if anything. It's not a freaking brick on their foreheads as you claim.

Yea, those are great. Where are the big honking brow ridges? Where are the wide set eyes?

Um, in just about every one of those pictures? :ermm: Granted, it looks different in game than it does on paper, but if you don't see it then there's nothing I can do for ya.

I don't really get why everything has to be so rugged in the first place, sure Skyrim has warriors and people who do tough jobs, but there are plenty of people who should be living a good life. It's not like this is Fallout and the entire world has been blown up.

And I probably shouldn't bring real life references into this, but since Skyrim is based on Scandinavia and the Vikings so much, I have to say that the Vikings were some of the cleanest people around in their time.

Yeah, the pictures you linked, you can see obvious cheekbone structure and eye ridge structure similar to the Skyrim designs. It looks great.
OP is pushing this whole "Klingon eye ridge" thing waaaay too hard though, because they are not nearly as big or noticeable as he is claiming.

Seriously? You look at the Morrowind Elves and you see wide set eyes, huge broad noses, pronounced brow ridges?

You just can't be serious.

Why won't you just accept that it's your own opinion and that it is the minority here? People are literally in love with the new Altmer design. Including myself.

It's like you're looking for a reaction.
