I have restarted the game. I get all the way through being frozen, watching the death of Nora and then thawing. When my character falls out of the cryogenic vault, the game does not return control to me. My control is still connected to the Xbox One (I can change settings, load a game), but I cannot move my character or do anything to continue the game. Any suggestions on course of action?

The game has issued no error codes or anything the indicates I need to do something else. Thanks for the help.

Have you tried a hard reset of the console? Powering it down, turning it off/unplugging it at the wall, then booting it back up.

I haven't had this one happen to me but have seen people say this fixes it.

That did it! Thanks - I should have thought of that. Turned the Xbox off and unplugged it to the count of ten then plugged it back in. Thanks for the suggestion.
