Restarting from Institutionalized (Heavy Spoiler Alert)

Heavy Spoiler Alert. Meant to ask those who have completed the game.

Guys, I'm thinking of restarting my game since Institutionalized.

Apparently during that mission, I killed Father, which activated Nuclear Option mission, and finished the story around last Christmas with peaceful ending. According to the wiki, it seems I pretty much burnt half of the mission lines by killing Father.

By restarting from Institutionalized, that means I will lose several legendary items, perks, settlement management changes, etc that were obtained in the last couple of week.

Do you guys think it's worth it? Any great items I might have missed in my current playthrough that's worth restarting?

Apparently I'm someone who doesn't really like the concept of restarting without any strong purpose. :P

I'd just start over and keep your current playthrough banked. Take the time to make a different character concept, finish other quests in different ways and orders, etc. It might be more work in the long run, but it can be more fun. FO4 keeps your saves organized by character name, so you should be able to keep them separate.
