I'm playing the PC version, first off.

I want to restart the quest "How Little We Know" from the beginning. What is the proper sequence of console commands to do this?

I've tried "resetquest 00110a63" but that removes the quest from my pip boy and I can't seem to find a way to start it again.

I wasn't aware when I ousted Cachino that it would end with the Omertas killing everyone on the strip. (or siding with House and having to kill the Brotherhood) I had expected there would be a way to actually stop the Omertas, but it looks like there is no option to do so.

Also since Joana was talking about what a pig Cachino is it was easy to assume he was the one you needed to remove.

i think you passed the points of activation.

one is saving carlitos girl
other is via yes man and entering the casino.

you could try resetting the carlito quest i suppose,but the plotlines way complicated and intertwined.

So I was able to get the result I wanted by running

setstage 00110a63 50

I was able to tell Yes Man and Colonel Moore that I killed the Omertas even though they are still alive and Cachino is dead.

Honestly I don't know why killing the Omertas myself without Cachino doesn't produce the same result.
This single part has put a big damper on my Fallout New Vegas experience which has up to this point been a blast (no pun).
