So I've been waiting for the NDA to lift before I brought this up, but with today's new video actually using the resto staff I guess I can ask what's been on my mind.

Simply, can you deal damage with the resto staff? If so then how exactly does it work?

If you could not do damage, this would be pretty pointless.

I have an opposite question as in can you self heal with it, outside of area effect heal and Force Siphon

Another great question. I'm starting to think that the resto staff, in the right hands, may be the best weapon in the game. If it can self heal then my Argonian-Heavy Armor-Resto Staff-Templar may be virtually unkillable. I like it! Haha.
