So far in the game, I am at lvl 27, only the gun runners restocks regularly. The Primm store restocked once and the Goodspring store perhaps 3 time but all the rest have never restocked! Anybody else seeing this. I put a thread on the software issue forum but got no replies.

At least you wait about 72 hours(3 days) and they will restock items. Some vendors are not restock items.

Sometimes stores won't restock unless 72h has passed in the cell (game area) that they are in.

So try waiting 3 days right in front of them, save and quit, and then see. Also some vendors don't restock certain items.

Most these cause vedor's scrips. Some scrips are incorrectly order with restock items. If you have a PC version, it's easy edit these scrips with G.E.C.K.

Or it's possibly Vender bugs.

If you've already waited for 72 hours of in game time, you can try this solution: go into the store, don't talk to anyone, and save and quit. turn off your console, (or exit out if you're on PC) then, when you start up again, hit continue. That ususally does the trick.

It's a glitch, it's happened to me before and is right now. I can't get at the new goodies that the CC should have stocked now, but he wont restock. It's happened to me with the Gun Runner's at both of their locations. Far as I know there is nothing you can do about it.
