Ok so I was reading UESP and I quote:

"Restoration magic focuses on spells that cure physical ailments. Increasing this skill reduces magicka cost when casting restoration spells, and increases the benefit you receive from items enchanted with Fortify Skill."

Then I went over to the Elder Scrolls Wiki, but the article about Restoration says nothing about improving Fortify enchantments through Restoration.

Question #1: Does Restoration improve 'Fortify Skill' enchantments?

Question #2: If so, all of them or only some?

Question #3: How much is an enchantment improved per Restoration level?

Sorry if I missed it, but other skills' explanations are better detailed than this one's.

the enchants for restoration are to reduce the base magicka cost of all the spells for that school

the reduction depends on your reduction skill and perks

If Restoration DOES enhance Fortify Skill enchantments, it's broken for me, because I'm at 100 Restoration and it doesn't affect enchantments in the slightest compared to how they were at 20 Restoration. So I'd say no, Restoration does not improve 'Fortify Skill' enchantments.

Fortify restoration potions work for skill enchantments. You have unequip and re-equip the item while the potion is active.
There are some bugs with fortify potions, however, so it's not guaranteed. Fortify smithing potions do nothing on some of my characters, for example.
