I've done everything associated with this quest and am unable to complete it because there is no speech option with major polatli. I've treated the soldiers in the medical tent, i've retrieved the supplies from helios one, i've won the legion ear contest and returned all dogtags till mayes has given me a reward, i've changed all the radio signals and dealt with the ranger who was sending misinformation at camp golf, i've caught the thief who was stealing medical supplies, i've recaptured nelson, and finally I even got first recon moved to camp forlorn hope. This has to be some glitch like the other million in this game does anyone know a workaround or if obsidian is actually going to fix this?

You actually expecting a response? What are we, fortune tellers? The devs are busy working on the patches, I'd rather NOT hear from them and get it sooner than get status updates and get it later.

If anyone else has had it happen to them and possibly if there was something I was doing wrong and someone could tell me what then yeah dude I was expecting a reply thanks for your help though.

As for the rest, Restoring Hope completed for me when I helped them take back Nelson.

It was a two parter question. I also said i've retaken nelson.

I swear I read that paragraph three times, not sure how I missed it. Did you talk to the Major immediately after retaking it or did you do any other quests beforehand?

One of the bugs listed at the bottom is if you kill the Legion at Nelson before getting the journal entry to retake the town. Yes/No/Maybe?

May have done that not sure. By the way I just called gamestop and they won't give me my money back only another copy of the game which doesn't help at all.
