which VGA are you using? I'm on a GTX 670, which should be running this game pretty fine;

Do a Clean Install on the drivers and do a Repair on the game, if that doesnt fix it redownload the game and reinstall drivers. something like that is most likely a gpu problem and not a consistent game problem
