I'm going to assume your speaking about me here. Now, I am but a novice modder and I have already made a house mod, the first of its kind in The Pitt. I am also assisting in anyway possible in helping my friend Attentater with his two mods (Beta Testing, Ideas, Hopefully will do a bit of GECK work for him). I also try to help other peoples mods wherever possible, which is exactly what I tried to do here. So don't tell me I just consume and give back.

CRI can be as good or as bad as you want it to be Spinat, just keep that in mind when people try to help you.

Many of the people here can probably date back to modding bethesda games from 02-03 a la morrowind. Your attitude alone depicts someone who is more concerned with bragging and leeching mods than actually contributing.

In my opinion its a bad idea to try to edit everything out if its already in the mod. The best way is to start the mod over. Scripts can be cut and pasted and everything else is usually rather quick unless it adds new world cells. It also solves the problem of who's stuff is in it because you can start from the start getting permission.

It should come as common knowledge but people hate their work being stolen and not given credit. It's always best to ask for permission before you use anyone elses stuff.

I don't know about anyone else but my stuff would probably be a nightmare to steal since i put LFox in front of everything in the editor to make it quick to find so i can modify it.

As i mentioned before i have permission to almoust all mods i used accept 3 of them... So there is no need ask for permission again.

To start this mod from scratch is not a bad idea i think ill do this or maybe not i dont know... But 1 thing is for sure until july i will not start from scratch couse i have too much to do at the moment.

Frans or OOO would have never made it to the size they were if they had not gotten permission for those three things. Get permission before adding something, and if someone says in their readme for something that it's ok to use it, make sure you give credit, and make sure to let them know.

It was a joke, and one that runs in my family. I'm not going to bother finding out where you live, getting a boot frozen(the boot is up at the cottage, and it's not frozen), and find a way into your house and kick you.

But those last three mods? Get the permission, if not because of the community, for your standing in the community.

I have to be honest when I say that I missed some of what you just quoted, thats what I get for reading to fast. Also when I said "Because your not doing a very good job of it" I was referring the your representation of your mod. I was not doubting your modding capabilities, in fact you are a much better modder than myself, but I was speaking of the way you interacted with the community, because some posts, whether intended to or not, came off as being quite rude, and when the big thing about the credits happened you denied it and didn't handle yourself very well, but thats all in the past.

This might just be me but, well...I kind of doubt that you are a non-native english speaker like you say. I think you are just saying that to cover the fact that you have poor spelling. Pretty much every non-native speaker of english who I have met/read on the internet has had good english, and even if they don't have good english then it is simply a problem of grammar, not spelling like you have. I've never seen anyone from non-english backgrounds writing people as ppl and please as plz. I saw you referring to someone as "dude" in another thread. From your posts and attitude it just looks like you are a 13/14 year old American kid who grew up on MSN. Asking someone else to write your readme because you can't be stuffed writing things out properly really makes me question the validity and quality of your mod. I certainly hope you don't write like this in real life, although based on what I've heard of American schools...

If you are planning on making a large professional looking mod then you will need to fix your spelling and attitude. You're dealing with advlts here, you'll have to act like one if you plan on continuing.

There is a major language issue that I am sure you will get sorted. Try not to take the negative criticism too heart, Negativity is contagious! Just try not to dwell on it and concentrate getting your mod properly back up and running.

lingwei its not just you dont worry. I was going to say exactly the same thing, the language you use and your sentence constuction in no way characterises someone whos first language is not english. The main thing wrong is the spelling- which normally is the strongest element of someone speaking a foreign language. So i think the jig is up really.

However thats not to condone anything people have said and done. On the contrary i see very little reason for this thread to remain open and that instead spinat you should continue to mod as you clearly are on to a good thing. The permissions thing has finished now, continuing talking about it is not going to bring any benefits to anyone. Therefore i hope that you either change/start over or whatever you please and that you create another great mod as long as, well you know the rest
