I just found out that Dravin Llanith is not in my game anymore. Apparently dead for no reason, probably killed by those spiders, which spawn stupidly close to his farm. How can I resurrect this NPC, in order to complete his quest? I can not moveto his ref id, because that just gets me stuck on a loading screen, and simply spawning a new one does not work, as usual. I did not even meet him or discover his farm, but yet he is dead, which just svcks.

I just resurrected him by using prid and his ID and then moved him to me, but he does not offer any kind of quest dialogue now.

The placeatme cheat will not work. !!!!

if you have an earlier save from before your arrival at the farm, you can try reloading it and going to the farm. The Spider may not spawn during different loads.

Who said anything about placeatme? I already mentioned that spawning a new one does not work in my first post.

I do not have many previous saves and I am neither willing to look for this NPC in all of them, nor do I want to replay dozens of hours, in case he is still alive in any of them, because of some spiders spawning stupidly close to a quest giver.

Try using the console to start the quest :
