No you don't. I used my Gamespy account from Crysis 1 and it works fine. gamesas is just an alternative.

it doesnt look the same, and its more than one box and graffiti.. there are lots of lighting, shadow, and dust quality improving compared to lowest and highest.. there are also some object details, objects and textures not present on lowest.. while very hard enables some and extreme enables all.. the thing im missing is there is no REAL AA going on and no sign of tesselation yet.

he don`t KNOW! in graphics settings NO CHOOSE DX9 - 10 - 11, it`s only - good,very good,extreme

if its like cry1, he can enable r_displayinfo 1 and it will say whether its dx9 or 10

open up fraps then, or afterburner, it will tell you exactly what the game is doing. Takes 1 minutes to confirm that to the masses.

I am not happy about this now. Everything looks the same and 67fps is way too much, it shows your hardware is not used.

r_displayinfo doesnt work...

If I thought there was a good chance that tessellation was in the game I would feel much better, but I there's no indication that it does it wasn't in the beta anywhere a couple of months ago and Nvidia have not shown any Crysis 2 tech demo's. There's just no way I can see it having tessellation.
