Retailers

Hi friends. Im a brazilian costumer. I bought the game on a retailer website, aka ubisoft. THE IMPERIAL EDITION VERSION. I was wondering if people who bought like me, are having trouble with the redeem code.

The send to my email a CODE to activate in bethesda account. When i did that, activated a standard edition and not the IMPERIAL edition. Already send some tickets to they support, but no replys. Bethesda already told me on the support chat that retailers have to send the code, and they will, just dont know when. But, go unanswered by ubisoft suport svcks.

If some of you guys are have trouble too, please, help me to clear things out. Hope all be resolved.

The way I understand it is that you are given the code for the explorer's pack which is also tied to how much early access you get. Then sometime in March you will receive another e-mail which includes another code and then you can download the game. I would guess the March code will be the code recognizing which edition you purchased for in-game items. Anyone else able to verify this or have other theories?

Check if it's a 5-day early access or 3-day early access code. If you get 5 days from a third party, then it's an Imperial Edition early access code, and you're good to go (and Ubisoft should email you the game key code later, hopefully before early access starts, to get full benefits from the Imperial Edition).
