Steel? What is this "steel", some Imperial material? The Telvanni mastered the construction of Daedric many centuries ago. Of course, having a private ebony mine helps.

Ah, all makes sense to J'rahzir now. The Mountain of Red exploded because it grew angry at the missing soil.

Yes, I have found torture to be so much more fulfilling when the subjects start off happy. It make the contrast stand out more.

Is there much food before these tortures? J'rahzir knows this would make him happy.

What of "torturing" someone so disillusioned with life, that they squeal ecstatically in the bliss of physical pain? Then, in order to inflict the desirable anguish upon those individuals, you would have to treat them with warmest of affections and generosity.. Joyously, this would cause the Noble Dunmer to once more contradict the paradigm of tradition passed down by your kind. But Deekus now takes into consideration that the Telvanni aren't as creative as one first thought..

Sugarbrained cat. The Dunmer are the only race that can truly appreciate the complexities of a beverage. Most humans prefer matze or sujamma, but I, as a cultured Telvanni lord, prefer a Vintage Brandy.

I prefer not to drink anything that my personal Khajiit slave has not already pretasted, and I find that alchohol only serves to make you act stupid, and that is dangerous. A fellow Telvanni of your rank must surely understand why I would refrain from such beverages...

on a more on topic note, congrats, and yes, all the Strongholds are yours to play around with...

J'rahzir has found one like this. She frightened J'rahzir, so J'rahzir does not write back.

Deekus asks J'rahzir how to ward off the females of his race? They absolutely will not leave Deekus alone! Sugar-Lips Habassi now takes to pouncing upon this one as soon as he enters the South Wall. She then proceeds to purr, and tries to remove Deekus of his garments. But he does smell of sugar and moonlight, heh...

I personally would not drink anything that has hair left in it from the taster, and instead I just make my own drinks I can usually avert some of the more negative effects this way.
Also, my experiments with torture are not about the pain of the subject, but of the pleasure derived from the experience of the torturer.

So simple a solution it was overlooked, Deekus gives his thanks.

If one fears poison, then why does one drink such drinks? It is not poison in some sense, no? J'rahzir hears the liver clears the poison at a somewhat pace, providing the affect of the drink.

Yes Deekus knows this, that is why one tortures another. All this one is saying is that your approach to torture seems so... limited, and that perhaps greater pleasure could be derived from observing the more subtle characteristics of each canvas of flesh, in order to know their needs and desires, and to thus dish out the carnage accordingly hm? But one so clearly as old and wise as your Lordship has surely mastered the numerous machinations of torture over the application of centuries.

There is a style of art called primitivism. Once we have mastered the art of reproducing a scene with complete detail, what is there more to do? Look at the broader, less refined picture, for that is art. Similarly, if we know the most advanced and intricate forms of torture, we must look back at the ancient ways and see what can be learned from them.

Of course no disregard for the primitive application of touture was present when Deekus made the assumption that you would have moved beyond the simplicity of your so called "art". Deekus was in fact stereotyping the mindset of other less "original" Telvanni Masters. For if we (however varying) beings have to agree upon something, it would be expressed in your statement above. Yes this one assumed that you only derived pleasure from the most intricate, "advanced" uses of torture. But, Deekus is merely mortal (and wishes to stay that way) and will of course fall into the same mental traps that his enemies do. A simple brush stroke of blood caused by a knife, could mean a million different things, to a million different creatures. (DOOD look how this topic has strayed so far from its intention! It turned into a debate about racial equality in a realm of complete fantasy... LMFAO xD)

Hence why Khajiit are not considered intelligent.

Is beauty not in the eye of the beholder? J'rahzir thinks so. Thus, intellect may not determine art.

And yet I have never seen any Khajiit works in any museums or galleries, something which I have the pleasure to say I am familiar with. So the public (or at least the important parts of the public) obviously disagrees,

Ah, yes. Most owners of such settings do not trust Khajiit with priceless art. Bad reputation earned from thieving the Telvanni.

Or attempts to steal that end up as fur coats. Khajiit do not steal from Telvanni; this implies they are successful and--hey, where was that Soul Gem?

Telvanni probably used the Soul Gem for the recharging of Harold's Horrible Horrific Massacre Bringing Toast Flipper.
