Return of the intelligent deathclaws? Yay? or neigh!

Post » Sat Nov 28, 2015 3:15 am

So I read about how there were 2 intelligent deathclaws surviving from the events of fallout 2, and the writer for them said that if they mated with a normal deathclaw the spawn would be intelligent as the gene splicing was dominate in the males blah blah blah.

But another guy came out and said they are dead and gone swoosh!

But now since they have long been bought this scenario has an undetermined ending.

Would you like to see the return of the intelligent deathclaws? I bet it would make a great DLC add on if they aren't already in the game. You could aid in their rise to trading in the world! Or help to destroy them as sentience can only make such a dangerious creature already more dangerious!

Edit: I'll add this video here that showcases them! They were very kind and sought to coexist! They even spared and detained someone that sought to eradicate them, and even help out a crazy folk by giving him food and medication to help with his mental illness. Meanwhile he still believes the deathclaws are simply fattening him up to eat him.

It would be pretty interesting. I would definitely like to see them, as long as they don't attack on sight lol.

Yay, Goris was one of my personal favorites from 2 and I always wanted someone like him in 3 and NV. It'd be nice to see some next-gen robe tossing as well.

They are very docile, but an evil version would be interesting

Also I have updated my original post to include a video showcasing them and the vault they lived in!

"I could just tear you to pieces sweety." - Deathclaw romance end. Yeah not sure I want to come home to be ripped apart even in the bedroom. Especially not with anything with Death and Claws in the name. I'll think I'll stick to humans, even though there are those crazy exes that still want to claw your eyes out.

Sure, they can add the intelligent Deathclaw, because whether or not it can understand me, one fact remains: the only good Deathclaw is a dead Deathclaw and I'm taking no chances in becoming a human scratching post.

You remind me of the guy the deathclaws detained in fallout 2.

Big NO from me.

Talking animals are THE singular most stupid thing ever put into a Fallout game, besides maybe the talking spore plant.

they had their moment in Fallout 2, let them die there

Not a big fan of talking deathclaws. It's a little silly.

There is a guy in fallout 2 in vault 13 that is the exact same mindset as you...

Anyways.. yes I would love to see them.

No, Deathclaws should be monsters that rip your head off, not tell you what the Weather is today.

Wouldn't make too much sense for one of the intelligent Deathclaws appearing on the east coast for whatever reason. Would be another instance of Bethesda dragging over another element of the original Fallout games to the east coast because rule of cool, despite how cool seeing another one may be.

New Vegas would have been the perfect opportunity to disclose the ultimate fate of the deathclaws by some mere reference at least, or by an actual appearance of one of them, as New Vegas disclosed numerous events since Fallout 2.

Well their are two left, they or at least one of them wanted to leave the area where his people were eradicated. I don't see why they/one couldn't have traveled, especially the white one, he probably wanted to see the world.
