Some of you have been complaining that none of the females are hot (apart from the orcs).

Let me direct you to a few excerpts from the Daggerfall book "A Scholar's Guide to Nymphs" by Vondham Barres:

And from real mythology:
These fair maidens can give you everything you have desired... so long as you are smart about it. Nymphs are the fairest of all creatures on Nirn and Dibella smiles favourably upon them. But watch out... they might bite if you don't know a bit of Faerie...

I don't care if Skyrim is too cold for their uncensored naked bodies to handle... Skyrim is close to Hammerfall and many Nymphs are known to reside there.
Given that my main character, a female Breton, will be role-played as a half-nymph, I would like at least some word of what has happened to the species... whether they have died out or not... whether Vondham Barres was ever found again... yeah...

I would LOVE to see them as well, Amiki, in all their full, natural, nothing to be ashamed of beauty and glory. Would they be in the company of Spriggans? Either way, you have my vote at the very top.

By the way, I knew it was you as soon as I saw the topic. Lol. Nothing wrong with dedication. Good luck.

Hmm... I haven't really given it too much thought... Though, I'd definitely be open to seeing Nymphs or something of the like implemented into the game :foodndrink:.

This thread has me feeling a bit sad now because I would love to see nymphs return, but I feel like it won't happen. It would certainly make a wonderful addition to Skyrim. I'll try to hope for the best. :)

I want seducers, nymphs and spriggans in Skyrim, in their full uncensored glory

nvde spriggans? They're supposed to be quite heavy on the ugly side. Wouldn't mind spriggans in the game, all over or to the south. Nymphs too, but only in the western parts. Kinda fear that if modded in, they'll be over the top and not made justice.

Yeah.

Pete never responded :sadvaultboy:

I guess I should have kept the tweet to "Are Nymphs in the game?" instead of anything lengthy...

OPPORTUNITY MISSED. Unless people want to retweet the message.

I made a twitter once but never used it. I can't remember why, but I would never use it for what it was originally designed for - posting stupid crap that nobody cares about.

I would use it to learn about games and stuff though.

He says he does it as tradition.

In ages past he used to respond to loads of forum threads... so he's trying to stay grass-roots with the community through twitter (nothing like before though).

They should just wear some kind of white dress which looks rather magical, it would look much better than just underwear. :P

Don't care, but they're rare enough and elusive enough that there'd be only a few if any. Not really worth their time investment IMO.

Or how about their 'bits' sparkle really brightly, with shafts of light permanently beaming through the clouds to blind viewers who dared look.

I wonder how many votes there'd need to be.

Did anyone ever make a petition for something to appear in Oblivion?

I like sparkly dresses better. :P
And I doubt Skyrim has that kind of bloom.

I could see nymphs in Skyrim: pale skin, eerie black eyes with twisted black hair, creepily smiling, wearing a wolf pelt corset and a ragtag tail woven short skirt.
You'd see them prancing about like Oblivion's deer, only when you get close would they change their movements to be more akin to a spriggan or a runway model.

If they did show up I picture them to be a part of the radiant story system. Like seeing one in the distance in the wild and deciding whether to follow her or not.
If you did follow her and knew their language (by lets say reading a book about them) you could talk to her about hidden locations on the map, nymph lore or even play a riddle game (the prize being for you the 'priize' or for her, your life - instant death), if you didn't know the language then it would be a simple ambush from some nymphs.

Since Daggerfall I always thought the nymphs were a dangerous beauty - stay for too long around them and you might just become their next supper. :obliviongate:
Hopefully they do turn up in Skyrim, as I would like to see more variation when it comes to non-playable races and it'd be fun to chase them around the wilderness.

Petitions are disallowed. Simply having the topic come up regularly on the forums has a similar effect though.
