I have been thinking, a Vvardenfell x-pack would be a great thing. However, it doesn't have to be only for Ebonheart players. it can be an expansion for all. not just a content update. I was thinking, maybe have Vvardenfell under invasion by Daggerfall and Aldmeri. It could, in my opinion, go three ways.

1. depending on faction, you go through the story line for your faction. enemy invaders are simply enemy npc's if you are ebonheart, you fight dagger/ aldmeri npc and vice versa.

2. this is slightly more interesting. make it open world pvp zone. in all honesty, I would not support this but it could work, although I would prefer not.

3. My favorite. make it another pvp zone like cyrodiil. allow a campaign which is your Vvardenfell campaign separate from the home/ guest campaign. each faction either has 300 or 400 players (haven't worked out what would be best) making for 900/1200 players on Vvardenfell. Then either

A) make it 12(possibly nine even with 1200) newly constructed forts each faction starts with 4.

B)Make the dunmer strongholds from TES 3 Morrowind the new forts for Vvardenfell.

Story

The story I was thinking of was that the daggerfall and aldmeri dominions are both invading Vvardenfell to acquire the abundant ebony deposits. with the only real military force being the Vivec ordinators, Vvardenfell doesn't stand a chance. at the behest of house indoril and the tribunal, King Joruun sends an Ebonheart army to face the invaders.

I was thinking of even involving the heart of lorkhan but I dont know.
