I returned to play some of the multiplayer and is it just me or has the Scar been nerfed to death?

Some people are saying that. I didn't notice a difference at close range. But at distance it takes a couple more shots. Makes me think twice about firing on a player that is far away and has any realistic escape route. Scar sniping is more about time than skill at this point.
