I screwed up and missed the bobblehead in Raven Rock. Is there any way, othere than starting over, to return to Raven rock and retrieving the bobblehead?

Nope, once you leave you can't get back in.

It stands to reason, the place becomes a smouldering ruin as soon as you leave.

Well, you can fire up the ol' console, and clip your way back in... but if you're going to do that you might as well just warp the bobblehead to your position first.

Wait, there's a Bobblehead in Raven Rock? Crap.

I'm not observant, I don't even have the achievement for getting 10 of them.

I also missed the bobblehead in there, and unfortunately we can't get back in

i missed it the first time, but at least you guys know now. its in col autumns quarters, but it's easy to miss even though you have to go right past it to leave pretty much.

There is a way to return to a PART of RR. You leave, and fast travel out of there, without talking to Fawkes... return later, talk to him, tell him to wait, and then you can go back in the first two rooms. I used to do this when I had a ton of gear, and didn't want to walk over-encumbered back to base. I also use Fawkes as a personal tote, until I can put all my things away, then I promptly fire him.

So thats where that bobble head is XD I didnt miss it on my 1st play through i remember picking one up but i was too busy escaping to care what bobble head it was

Easiest way to get the bobblehead, if you missed it, is to use the console and type:

player.placeatme 3892f 1

Then exit the console and pick up the bobblehead.

i though it is only when u presuade president eden to end the enclave therefore blowing up raven rock stoping u from going back

Nope he didn't believe me (I don't touch barter/speech) and I can't go back in.

Well... in my games, there's only a 20% chance of the Science bobblehead being there. (Hooray for the Random Bobblehead mod.)
