I've made another character in skyrim because of this stupid bug, right now i feel like there is nothing to do or fix it. Im very dissapointed. The bug that is bugging me is the Regain the Pale bug.

When talking to Legate Rikke at the Pale imperial camp about reporting for duty to receive my next quest, all she keeps saying is that she's busy and to come back later. I fast traveled everywhere, i've waited 3 days (ingame time) and talked to her in reporting in and she still doesnt give me the quest "A False Front".

I've talked to General Tullius until all his dialogue is grey and he has nothing to say and then i go back to Legate Rikke and still no quest from her. I letarally spent 6 hours triying various things and no success. Please help.

If you haven't already, try the following:

"Attack Rikke until she falls to her knees. This should make the dialogue appear. However, if you do this, you may need to yield to her and/or pay a bounty in order to reduce her hostility."

While I cannot guarantee this will work for you, it did fix the issue when I was doing this same quest and encountered this bug. By the way, you might trying doing a stealth attack with a dagger on her (if possible), so that you reduce her health to zero in one blow and possibly avoid the bounty and hostility; don't worry about killing her, she is essential and therefore can't be killed. It may also be a good idea to make sure you are not detected when you attack her to keep the other soldiers at the Imperial camp from turning on you as well.

Edit: Another possible solution (that may or may not work) is to activate the cooking pot in the center of the camp. Some people have reported that this triggers her dialogue to appear as it should.
