The discription for Rifleman level 3 is the same as level 2. It says something like "Attacks with non-automatic rifles do 40% more damage and ignore 15% of a target's armor." for both level 3 and 2. Level 3 should do 60% more damage, not 40%.

Is this just a typo? Or will I only get 40% bonus when I pick level 3?

Or is this just a translation error? I play the game in german.
