Hmm, I'm working on Dialogue right now. Do you think you could apply the fix onto my esp? I would hate to re-do the dialogue again, this would be the second time now.

The patch is already up. What dialogue are you working on? I have been working on a bit fixing up the buying the houses.

Just merge the patch with your esp. The patch just fixes the 3 journal entries and nothing else - your not touching the quest dialogue are you?

Nope: The only dialogue I've done is with Mendle (Greeting) Stalks-The-Muck (Greeting, background, cave-rats and two new topics), Menrich and Weela (Greetings only).

ahh good no conflicts there then.

I am going to continue work on the Origonal dialogue.

Just a thought - but do you want to write some dialogue for the NPC's that youve added ( the woodelf and Argonian?

Oh and if you have time could you test the dialogue for the quest, the dialogue for the "lore" behind the boots and the Khajit with the water walking amulet?

I always have time ;) I can write dialogue for my NPCs with no problem. And I'd love to test out the quests :D
EDIT: Oh, how goes the First-Guard Armor? Can we use it?

Ok expect a patch 2 releases later tonight. It does the following:
-Added new greetings to the following NPCs: Mendle, Menrich, Stalks-The-Muck, and Weela.-Added two new topics to Stalks-The-Much; One about Vissed's, and the other about "Unfortunate Outsiders".-Changed the name of the Vissed that was added from Guar to it's proper name.-Adjusted the Vissed's poison to be much more potent, and made them faster.-Adjusted Hiraaji's dialouge a bit. Not my much though.- added more topics to Rumors. Now you will get some Riller-Mosh specific rumors and gossip- Expanded the vissed topic. Watchers will now warn you about Visseds and Shimon the Liar has a claim to them as well.


as you can see many of the changes are dialogue based, designed to flesh out the lore, history and unique feeling of Riller-Mosh. Basically to break it away from static morrowind topics and flesh out the mod some more.

Update:

Ok patch 0.2 ( the unreleased patch) will be merged into the ESM creating Riller-Mosh BETA 2.0

This is due to the amount of dialogue, Journal and quest fixing that has been worked on.

The last major bug in Riller-Mosh ( that i am aware of for now) is the buying of houses - which doesnt work, untill now.
I have fixed the dialogue and added journal entries for the buying of housing.

After the release of BETA 2.0 i will be uploading the mod to PES to give access to a wider track of testers ( people at PES like to comment on things that go wrong! lol)

This does not mean that the mod is "fixed" and i will not be taking it out of BETA stage untill i am sure most of the bugs are gone. I will still be working on the mod so check back for regular updates :)

I know the mod has only just been updated BUT for some reason i forgot to merge one of the ESPs with the master file. So heres another update :D

VERSION BETA 2.1

BETA 2.1:- Fixed issuie with Vissed meat not turning up in Uliah stock- Reduced the quantity of each potion Uliah sells- Made it so important potions (water breathing for example) re-stock. Same with ingrediants. (This effects Uliah shop only)- Increased the Price of Vissed Meat- Reduced the ammount of gold Uliah would barter with from 2000 to 800

I played this mod when it first came out. I was intrigued but felt like it needed some housework. I'm glad to see you picked this up Midgetalien, I just downloaded it so I'm curious to explore the new area :D

Thanks guys, alot of hours and a few late nights this weekend went into this. Krovosos's help has been valuble as well, so thank you Krovosos :)

Theres a couple of other things i am working on with the mod ( some more dialogue and quest fixing ) but i think we are coming close to removing it out of BETA stage.

Okay, here's my bug report:
1)I found that there are several quest related items within a few containers; In particular, a Glenmoril's Witch robe I found in a sack near an Argonian near the dock (He sells weapons and armor)
2)The bounding box for the Vissed is still larger than it should be.
3)Some of the dialogue for Stalks-The-Muck and a few other NPCs are not appearing. They seem to be getting overwritten by vanilla dialogue.
4)The quest involving the Missing Dunmer woman does not have an entry in the Journal (Under quests).

nothing i can do about that i am afraid. I dont know how to reduce the bounding box. Someone else is more welcome to try though

I havnt done any dialogue for stalks-the-muck but will take a look at the stuff you did and see why its not appearing

Awesome, send the esp my way once your done. I found alot of Quest items in this mod. For example i found the light house keeper had the nordic pickaxe used to extract Stahlrim!

No problem :) Its most likly due to load order of the dialogue thats all.

Ahh i forgot to make a "start and finish point". Will look into. Its not important but its nice to have.

yeah i have been looking into this. Was thinking its perhaps because he isnt using the amulet ( i.e not equipped) so i have changed his robe to bethe water-walking thing. gonna see if that works. If it doesnt i have another idea. Basically he is going to have a water walking spell and a check is going to be made to see if he has the spell in effect. If he hasnt he is going to cast it.

Then when the player talks to him, i was going to have him offer to teach the player the spell. For a price.


So will see how the robe thing works out :D
