#Rimlag

For those of you who don't know, #rimlag is the term used to describe the PS3 lag issue in games with large save files. There was some discussion of it here, but http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1303536-new-vegas-developer-comments-on-ps3-lag-issues/ hit the post limit and has not been continued. There's also discussion of it at http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-vs-ps3-skyrim-lag and http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=454241 if you're interested in learning more.

The main thing to do at his point as a customer would be to document your issues and make Bethesda aware of them (politely, of course). Regardless of bugs or #rimlag or other issues, Skyrim is still a good game and could be an amazing game with one or two more comprehensive patches. Let's hope that an honest discussion about these issues will expedite those patches...

IGN had a good article on this as well. Still suprised Bethesda still hasn't come forward with more than "What were working on" blog. We don't need blog reports, we need explanations, and details on whats being done. Speak up Bethesda. :deal:
