Hi Ive preordered the Imperial edition and I am looking for someone to use my Ring of Mara with. I am 32, male, and Ive played MMOs for over 15 years and I RP. I would like to find someone to RP this with, but as a last resort I will consiider just someone who has a good attitude. Im not looking for online romance, however I must insist that this person is female as I will only share the ring with an RP wife.

I havent decided what faction Im playing but I will most likely be a Khajit or imperial.

I am pretty sure they said that the rings were more like "friendship bonds" rather than marriages, though that might have changed as that was a while ago.

You give it to a player, and while you are grouped together you gain an xp boost.

Whoever thought up the rings of mara thing failed imo. So many better things you could of done to get a small XP boost without advertising for complete strangers. I guess it's great for people that have significant others to play with or close friends.

I'd agree. It'll make for some funny/awkward posts on general chat though

Edit: Ok, I was gonna ask about the requirement of an "RP wife" being played by a woman if it's RP, but everyone's got their comfort zone I guess.
